The Macdonell-Williamson House, located to the west and open every summer, is a national heritage site. Nearby you can still see the old marker which separated Upper and Lower Canada. Visit the Heritage Tea Room to taste various teas, scones and homemade jellies and take in the special exhibits and heritage activities at the site during July and August.

As you make your way west, you will notice Voyageur Provincial Park; natural features allow you to enjoy the outdoors in the woods, on the water and on the beach. Camping, trekking, swimming, fishing, canoeing, wildlife watching, biking or winter activities… All this is yours to enjoy!
Enjoy a scenic drive along the Ottawa River and visit the picturesque village of Chute-à-Blondeau. Choose a rural road to explore and discover the beautiful farms and the quaint villages of St-Eugène and Sainte-Anne-de-Prescott. In both villages, you can visit the beautifully-restored heritage churches, each with a Casavant organ.
